Will

Will Stolz

Will Stolz formed The Stolz Company (now SF Capital, LLC) in 1990.  The firm, in connection with McRae & Stolz, Inc., has been involved in single family, resort single family, new construction condos, and condo conversions totaling over 5000 units/lots in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.  During the 1980’s, Will worked for Cochran Properties, which was a privately owned, Atlanta-based commercial and multi-family development company, serving as President during his last year.  He has been in the real estate business since 1982 and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Jeff

Jeff Freeman

Jeff Freeman formed SF Capital, LLC with Will Stolz in 2007.  Having a long history of strong relationships with key national builders, as well as many of Atlanta’s local builders, Jeff has been involved with over 8,000 single family lots in the Atlanta area.  In 1992 he formed Piedmont Partners, Inc. a profitable brokerage and development company. Jeff entered Atlanta’s real estate business as a broker, making key contacts in the residential community. During this time he gained expertise in sales and marketing, residential land development, home building, and has personally zoned and entitled communities.  Jeff graduated from Western Michigan University in 1981.

Mark

Mark Eisenbeis

Mark Eisenbeis has been a partner with SF Capital since late 2007.  Prior to joining SF Capital, Mark was a Land Acquisition Manager at Beazer Homes where he was responsible for procuring developed and raw residential lot positions in the Atlanta market.  Mark obtained his MBA with a concentration in real estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2005.  Before entering business school, he had a 9 year career in database marketing for companies such as RBC Centura, JP Morgan Chase, and Columbia House, where he was responsible for and managed teams in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and direct marketing campaign analysis.  Mark received his BS from Miami University in Oxford, OH in 1994.

Phillip

Phillip Galbreath

Phillip Galbreath has been a partner at SF Capital since December of 2009. Prior to joining, he worked in the banking industry. Phillip worked as a Vice President for BB&T in Atlanta for over six years after completing BB&T’s Management Development Program. His primary role at BB&T was acquisition, development and construction lending. In 2007, Phillip moved to United Community Bank.  As a Vice President at United, he initially served as a residential construction lender and then moved to REO dispositions in mid 2008. During his tenure with the United REO team, Phillip was responsible for all residential notes sales in Atlanta.  He disposed of over $500MM in original loan balances through note and REO sales. Phillip graduated with a BS in Business from Wake Forest University.

Amy Heicher

Amy Heicher has worked for SF Capital (formerly The Stolz Company/McRae and Stolz) since 1997 as Asset Manager and Office Manager. She manages real estate closings, office personnel, accounts payable and receivables as well as homeowners associations for various communities. Prior to joining SF Capital, Amy worked as a legal assistant for Weissman, Nowack, Curry and Wilco in Atlanta.

Amy S

Amy Strahan

Amy Strahan has been working in SF Capital’s accounting department since 2009.  In 2008, she started her bookkeeping business, ABC Bookkeepers, LLC.  She entered the residential lending industry in 2003 working for Capital Mortgage Services and then American Home Mortgages.  Previously, she worked for Southeast Capital Associates as a Commercial Loan Officer.  After graduating college in 1992, she began her career as a financial analyst for Weinberg and Associates.  Amy received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia, majoring in Real Estate.

Brad

Brad Mills

Brad Mills joined SF Capital in 2012. He assists SF Capital with its market research needs and initiatives. From maintaining a deal tracking database to gathering primary and secondary market research and creating deal analysis reports, he plays a major role in the decision-making process. He also assists with other marketing initiatives such as website administration. Brad received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Truett-McConnell College.

Pam Custer

Pam Custer joined SF Capital, LLC in September 2011. Prior to SF Capital, Pam was associated with Homeside Properties, a property management company, as a Communications Specialist. In this capacity she was responsible for various homeowner-driven administrative duties. Pam’s real estate background extends back to 1993 and includes stints with Oakwood Corporate Housing (assisted with Olympic housing projects) and Exit Realty.  In her current position with SF Capital, Pam provides administrative support to the entire staff.
