Aaron Stempel is a seasoned commercial loan originator with over ten years of experience. Aaron has been directly involved in facilitating $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions with a focus on multifamily financing. In addition, Aaron has experience in successfully closing all asset types, including retail, single tenant, industrial, office, development, hospitality, student housing, and value-added transitional real estate. Aaron has successfully closed bridge, fixed and floating rate loans, and owner-occupied properties through banks, credit unions, CMBS, agencies, debt funds, pension funds, SBA lenders, and insurance companies.
