Scott Rose
Scott is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience spanning development, brokerage, and capital markets. His career began in a family-owned land development business, where he played a central role in delivering fully entitled sites to major national retailers such as Meijer, Walmart, Home Depot, and numerous other large and small big-box operators throughout the Midwest. Notable projects include Meijer’s flagship store at East Beltline and Knapp Street in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as well as the ground-up development of a 110,000 square foot Schnucks grocery-anchored shopping center in Bloomington Normal Ilinois. In total, Scott contributed to the development of more than one million square feet of retail space.
In the more recent phase of his career, Scott worked closely with several offices to acquire, syndicate, and asset-manage, a diverse portfolio of multifamily retail and industrial properties. His hands-on involvement across the investment lifecycle strengthened his expertise in valuation, operations, and long-term portfolio strategy.
As a member of the SF Capital team, Scott focuses on structuring and placing debt and equity for real estate sponsors and developers. His clients include local and national owners and developers across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and hospitality. His broad background and disciplined approach allow him to provide clients with thoughtful guidance, strong financial solutions, and a high level of professional service.
