Shelby Dixon serves as the Director of Loan Closing for SF Capital, where she serves as the liaison between lenders and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process. She works closely with clients and the capital markets team to coordinate documentation, manage timelines, and drive commercial real estate debt transactions through funding. Prior to joining SF Capital, Shelby worked at Bernard Financial Group for 4+ years as a loan closer. She also previously worked in a law firm and a residential real estate company, further strengthening her client service and organizational capabilities.

Shelby earned her Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
